Your privacy when submitting a claim
Note that if you chose to submit a claim for the Vaccine Injury Support Program, you will receive support from our team through either the email address or phone number provided under the “Contact Us” tab.
Only if we progress with the claimant onboarding process do we collect personal information for the purpose of processing your claim and this is done through a secure intake form which is separate from this website. This process will be handled and protected in accordance with the Privacy Act, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, and any applicable territorial, or provincial personal health information protection legislation.
